What is One to One Coaching
One to one coaching is about partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.
The benefits of one to one coaching are that it helps the individual improve a number of things such as effectiveness , enthusiasm, productivity, communication and confidence skills. This will usually allow a person to develop and align themselves with their core values, increase potential power and achieve clearly focused objectives.
Our coaching style is very conversational and relaxed allowing you to get the best out of every session.
One to one coaching sessions are usually between 60 to 90 minutes and would usually be done face to face at a location of your choice. You can book a one off session however to obtain the best possible results we recommend a minimum of three sessions.
